All Original Solid 9ct Gold Longines Calibre 19.4 Slimline Gents Watch c1959
This is a near mint example of the Solid 9ct gold Longines calibre 19.4 from 1959.
The only work we have carried out is to service the movement and give the case a light polish.
The solid 9ct gold case is 33mm in diameter excluding the original crown, a full size gents.
The case edges are sharp and crisp the watch looks like it was rarely worn
The movement is Longines manual winding calibre 19.4 this was one of Longines highest grade movements of this period. It has been freshly serviced and is currently running at plus 10 seconds per day , not bad for a 65 year old watch.
The dial is totally original and near perfect it has had no restoration whatsoever. It has two or three very small marks to the dial surface just as you would expect from a dial of this age.
The hands are matching gold
It is a superb original and unrestored example.
