Extremely Rare All Original Black Dial Longines Silver Arrow c1957 "Batman"
This is a remarkable unrestored example the very rare Longines Silver Arrow with original black dial one of the rarest Longines vintage models.
The only work we have carried out is to service the movement and ultrasonically clean the case.
The stainless steel case with "Batman" Lugs is 34mm in diameter excluding the original crown, a full size gents.
The movement is Longines manual winding calibre 23ZS this was one of Longines highest grade movements of this period. It has been freshly serviced and is currently running at plus 4 seconds per day,
The black dial is totally original and has had no restoration whatsoever. It has a very very fine and even surface patina with just some age spots just as you would expect from an original black dial of this age.
The hands are original with all of the original lume intact.
Its the most original unrestored example you will ever see.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case back.
An extremely rare quality collectors piece that rarely comes onto the open market.
