Girard Perregaux Solid 18ct White Gold and Diamond Cocktail Watch c1956
This is a very fine and exquisite example of a ladies wristwatch made by the world renowned premier Swiss maker Girard Perregaux.
It has a solid 18ct white gold case with surrounding the case and shoulders. As you would expect from Girard Perreagaux the diamonds are bright, crisp and evenly matched. Approx 1ct of diamonds.
The snakeskin design bracelet is of solid 18ct white gold and just simply glides around the wrist.
It fits a maximum wrist size of 6.75 inches or 175mm but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller..
The watch case measures 17mm in diameter excluding the winding crown.
It is quite stunning with its original starburst dial which is in superb condition. A new glass has been fitted and the watch and bracelet professionally cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.
The 17 jewel movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect from Girard Perregaux the watch is fully marked on the dial and movement.
It comes complete with a new presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition.
