Omega Speedmaster cal 321 c1965 Reference 105.003.65 "Ed White"
This is an absolutely stunning example of the legendary calibre 321 Omega Speedmaster the exact same model and specification that was worn by Astronaut Ed White on the very first spacewalk and the last Omega worn on the moon by Gene Cernan.
It was used by the majority of the Gemini and Apollo Astronauts such as Ed White, Jim Lovell, Neil Armstrong, Gene Cernan and many others.It has a superb un polished condition 105-003-65 non crown guard case with the Speedmaster logo to the back, the lug width is 19mm The glass is also new and perfect. The case diameter is 39.5mm without the crown or pushers.
The original stepped edge Pre Pro dial correctly lacking the word professional and has the raised silver Omega logo. The original dial and hands have been relumed.
The bezel is original and in super condition with the correct dot over ninety and accent over the "Tacymetre"
The hand winding cal 321 movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition. It has just undergone a full professional overhaul and all chronograph functions work perfectly, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking and is considered to be far superior to all later Speedmaster movements. The movement is running at plus 2 seconds per day and has a running amplitude of 310 degrees, all functions work perfectly and the flyback is instant and crisp.It comes with an Omega travel case

This is the most desirable version of the Omega Speedmaster, you could say it's the E Type Jaguar of all Vintage watches.
