Solid 18ct Omega Sapphette with Box 1962
This is a very fine and beautiful example of a ladies wristwatch made by the world renowned premier Swiss maker Omega.
It has a solid 18ct yellow gold case and is fitted to a beautiful solid 18ct gold design bracelet which simply glides around the wrist and really shines when you catch it in the light.
The original dial is in mint condition and just stunning with gilt and black hands and baton markers and what really makes this watch stand out is the facet cut sapphire glass. It has the Omega logo on the winding crown and three position safety clasp.
It has the calibre 483 manual winding movement.
It will fit a maximum wrist size of 6.75 inches or 170mm but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller.
The case and bracelet have been professionally cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.
As you would expect from Omega the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case, the bracelet and case are fully hallmarked.
It comes complete with the Omega presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition.
Omega are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch case measures 18mm in diameter not including the crown.
