It has a calibre 269 manual winding 17 jewel movement the same movement that was used in the Battle of Britain pilots watches, highly reliable and robust. It is considered to be the best movement ever made by Omega.
The satin black Explorer dial with is in mint perfect condition having been fully restored.
It measures 34mm in diameter excluding the winding crown.
A new glass has been fitted and the heavy solid 9ct gold case has been professionally polished so it is in superb condition. It has Birmingham hallmarks for 1965 and the movement serial number also indicates a manufacture date of 1965.
It is fitted with a new high quality strap but we can fit almost any colour or style you prefer, we keep most things in stock.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.
